Orders

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to make changes.

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has already shipped, you may need to contact the delivery carrier directly using your tracking details.

Yes. After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder first, then contact us.

Sizing

Use the Size Guide and compare the measurements with a garment you already own. If you want a relaxed streetwear fit, consider sizing up.

Most YES NΞD pieces are designed with a streetwear feel. Choose your normal size for a cleaner fit, or size up for a looser layered look.

Garment Care

Wash cold and inside out.
Use mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Air dry where possible.
Do not iron directly over prints or graphics.

All printed garments can naturally age with wear and washing. Following the care instructions will help preserve the print and fabric for longer.

Books

YES NΞD - The Unseen is the first book in the YES NΞD dystopian universe. It follows NeD, a figure erased by the system who becomes a signal of resistance.

The YES NΞD series is planned as a seven-book universe, beginning with The Unseen and continuing deeper into the movement, the system and the truth behind NeD.
