Orders

When you place an order through the YES NΞD website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products at the price shown at checkout.

• Orders are subject to availability and payment approval.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, fraud is suspected or the order details are incomplete.
• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details, email address and order information are correct before submitting your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

• Payment must be made through the approved payment options available at checkout.
• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and may not be applied after an order has been placed.
• We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout or on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, peak periods or incorrect address details.

Risk in the products passes to you once the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

Returns & Faulty Items

Returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue so we can assess the matter.

Product Information & Sizing

We aim to display product descriptions, sizing, colours, prices and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings and measurements may vary slightly between production runs.

Please check the Size Guide before ordering. You are responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, exclusions or minimum spend requirements.

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
• We may withdraw, cancel or change a promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

All YES NΞD names, logos, graphics, product designs, book titles, artwork, website content, text, images and creative concepts are owned by or licensed to YES NΞD unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User Content & Social Media

If you tag YES NΞD, submit a review, send photos or interact with our social media pages, you grant us permission to repost or share that content for promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringes another person’s rights.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, upload harmful code, scrape content, impersonate another person or use the website in a way that breaches any law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, products, delivery delays or inability to access the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and courts of Victoria, Australia.
