Shipping
YES NΞD currently ships from Australia. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Address
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and major launch periods.
During limited drops or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is a delay, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact where possible.
- Items must be returned in a clean, resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law or where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit, refund or alternative option depending on the situation.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the issue.
How To Start A Return
- Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
- Pack the item securely with proof of purchase.
- Use a tracked shipping method, as YES NΞD is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items
Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including final sale items, gift cards, personalised products, worn items or products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
